Dispute Resolution Process
Step 1 — Contact Customer Service: If you have a concern about your loan, your account, or our service, please contact Crane Finance customer service first at [email protected] or 855-321-7654. Most concerns are resolved at this stage.
Step 2 — Tribal Resolution Hotline: If your concern cannot be resolved through Crane Finance customer service, you may contact the Menominee Tribal Resolution Hotline at 800-234-1915. This hotline is maintained by the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin for consumer dispute resolution under its Chapter 22 Tribal Consumer Financial Services Regulation.
Because Crane Finance loans are governed by the laws of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin and applicable federal law — not state law — state regulatory agencies generally do not have jurisdiction over disputes. Federal consumer protection agencies, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) at consumerfinance.gov, may still be available for concerns involving federal law compliance.
