7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin and applicable federal law. The laws of the state in which you reside do not apply to these Terms.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this Site shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established under Chapter 22 of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin's Tribal Consumer Financial Services Regulation. The Menominee Tribal Resolution Hotline is available at 800-234-1915.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes a waiver of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin's sovereign immunity. Crane Finance and the Tribe expressly reserve all rights and defenses arising from tribal sovereign immunity.

8. E-Sign Consent — Electronic Disclosures

The federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) permits Crane Finance to provide legally required disclosures and other communications to you electronically if you consent. Your consent applies to:

• Your loan agreement and Truth in Lending Act (TILA) disclosures
• Your GLBA financial privacy notice
• Account statements and payment notices
• Any amendment to your loan agreement
• Any other communication related to your loan account

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic disclosures, you will need:

• A computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet access
• A current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge — current version recommended)
• A valid email address that you can access regularly
• PDF reading software (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) to view certain documents
• The ability to print or electronically save documents for your records

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic disclosures at any time by contacting Crane Finance at [email protected] or 855-321-7654. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legal validity of electronic disclosures provided before withdrawal. Note that withdrawing consent may affect your ability to use certain electronic features of our services.

Updating Your Contact Information
